Our Shipping Policy
1. Order Processing
- Orders are typically processed within 24hours (Not Including Sundays or holidays).
- You’ll receive an order confirmation call once the order is placed and shipping details to know when your order will be ready.
2. Shipping Options & Delivery Timeframes
We offer multiple delivery options to suit your needs:
Standard shipping (Free / Low cost)
- Production takes 14 days and 2-3days to be delivered to your location after the production is completed. (time may vary based on location)
- We offer free delivery for orders(2 & above)
3. Shipping costs
- Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your selected method.
- Orders above the minimum free shipping threshold automatically qualify for free shipping.
4. Tracking
- Once your order is shipped, we will send you details of driver or we send your delivery location to our agent in your state for delivery once the package arrives. Depending on the method you choose.
Our Return Policy
1. Return Window
- You can NOT return a customized school bag after it has been specifically customized with the name of your choice. Other goods/packages can be returned for replacement or refund within 7days Only.
2. Condition of Items
To be eligible for a refund or exchange, products must be:
- In Original condition (unused)
- With all original packaging, tags, and accessories
Items that are damaged (not due to courier mishandling), worn, or missing packaging may not qualify for a full refund.
3. Refunds
- Refunds are processed once the returned item id received and inspected
- Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to process to your original payment method.
4. Exchanges
- You can choose an exchange for a different size, color, or product if available. NOTE: this is not applicable to customized goods.
- Exchanges are processed once we receive and inspect your return.
5. Customer Communication
- You will be notified at every return step, from receiving the return to processing.
